1. About Wreiton

Wreiton develops Draftnostic, Drafthand, and Aenubis — software applications for fiction writers. These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites and services.

2. Manuscript Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in all manuscripts, outlines, and text submitted to or created within our services. We claim no ownership over your work.

3. Role of Software & AI-Assisted Features

Our tools offer diagnostic analysis and drafting assistance. All creative choices, edits, and publication decisions remain solely your responsibility as the author. AI-assisted features are provided as-is. AI is emerging technology and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended output that deviates from its intended goal. Wreiton does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated suggestions, and you should review all AI-assisted work before relying on it.

4. Our Responsibility as a Service

We work to keep Draftnostic, Drafthand, and Aenubis available and functioning as described, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or any specific creative or publishing outcome from using our tools. Our software provides analysis and drafting support only — it is not professional editorial, legal, or publishing advice. Wreiton's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Trademarks & Prohibited Use

Wreiton, Draftnostic, Drafthand, Aenubis, and their associated names, logos, and imagery are trademarks of Wreiton. You may not use our marks, names, or likeness, impersonate Wreiton or its products, or create a similar brand without our written permission. Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

6. Subscriptions & Cancellations

You may cancel subscriptions at any time via your account settings. Details of current quotas and allowances are listed clearly on each product's pricing page.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
